I recently had One Happy Chef cater a bridge luncheon for me and it was a huge success!! It was a 3 course luncheon: appetizer-mini crab cake w/lemon dill sauce, entrée-warm seared shrimp,scallop & arugala salad, dessert-strawberry & marscapone granita. Yummy.
