Review
I received riding boots from this tack shop for Christmas but needed a different size. I returned them with ease, once locating an employee in the back of the store in another room. However, the owner gave me a hard time after learning that I worked at a horse rescue. She had a bad attitude and was extremely insulting and would neither drop the topic or listen to any other perspective. I will never return to this store and will encourage others to follow. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
