Paying for a service that wasn't made. In the 10 years that I have lived here this company has only missed one pick up and that was in the summer. That was a few years ago. Great Service. And we received a credit for that missed pick up. This past Thursday 1/15/09 the driver felt he could not make the pick up do to weather conditions. I live on a hill. The road was plowed with cinders the night before the scheduled AM pick up, but the driver felt it was unsafe, there for the garbage was not picked up. All other services on this road were made.
