Over the years, I have stayed in 5-6 apartment services, but now only use Moscow-Star.com. I previously lived (worked) in Moscow for three years full-time and now return for consulting work every 2-3 months and stay 1-3 weeks on each visit. An American guy owns and runs it and answers emails himself and you can call his cell phone anytime. Great service and best location in the city.
