I have known Rich Cording for several years. I provide some Internet services for him. My impression of him is quite the opposite of the one expressed by the person who claims to have had their image misappropriated. My dealings with him have been nothing but pleasant. He's honest, good-natured, hard-working - in fact, he was an Eagle Scout - and always pays his bills on time. I don't live in his geographic area, but if I did, I would gladly have his company perform my landscaping work.
