Rude, loud, unprofessional and untalented. I read somewhere that the young owners are trained--well, they were there and were loud and exceptionally rude. They try to upsell you, telling you that "you want" the most expensive thing. Then they proceed to pass you off to some "Auntie" (who clearly has no training and no listening skills either.) you end up with ugly nails--my 5 year old could do better! AVOID!!!
