Bedbug infested hellhole. Dangerous felons. Drug use. Drug sales. Theft. Noisy gansta rap at all hours. I saw a tenant filing serial numbers off a handgun on the railing outside of his apartment. Manager is a pathological liar who will snoop in your apartment while you're away. Some apartments are bugged. Filthy, roaches, black mold.
