The service here is terrible!!! my father has stage 4 COPD and spends 90% of his time in bed he had two beds break in two years they refused to repair or replace the second one. They wouldn't even give him a new mattress the springs are coming through his. The owner of the company (at least she claimed to be) said " We aren't doing anything for you people unless you pay us 200.00". All of the services provided are covered by my fathers Medicare and gap insurance. She was rude and acted as though she was better than us. I will be placing a complaint with
