I purchased all of my 2 inch hardwood blinds from Optimum Blinds and they told me if I ever had a problem give them a call, the blinds were guaranteed. Well, the living room blinds have faded I called them about it. It took 3 weeks for them to give me an answer. It didn't take them that long to call when I wanted to buy them! My answer was you can get new blinds at a discounted price. To me, that is not guaranteed! Also, they never give you a copy of their guarantee.
