Did not back up simple promises around delivery - promised IN WRITING to remove items from delivery site- claimed "Truck is full" refused to assist later when I took the items to them myself after dragging down the stairs- said oh "She, the sales person, isnt with us anymore???" Quality of sofa was poor have pulled staples inside around batting- over priced poor quality- my experience- wil never use them again Himself
