I kicked a delivery driver out of my grandmothers house after he started yelling at her and throwing his arms in the air at her. I warned him to calm down and he said my grandmother didn't need to be yelling at him. I explained that she was deaf and that she wasn't yelling at him and he responded that wasn't his problem. After I kicked him out of the house I followed him outside to explain to him that is NOT how you treat someone in their own home and I listened to him call his boss and explain how he did nothing wrong and I was belligerent.
