I took a pair of shoes in that needed to be patched in different places and for a new sole. The lady behind the counter was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I left my pair of shoes and a week later they was ready. When I picked up the shoes I talked to the owner and he explained everything that he did for me. He even put a weather protectant and polished the shoes for me without charging me. I was also offered a discount if I had anymore shoes to bring in to be worked on. The only thing that I did not like was
