Be adviced and do not use this company! Their inspector, Mark Beckerman, did our inspection. The first day after the closing when we went to the house to paint, we noticed water flowing out of a long crack on the outside wall of the kitchen. We opened up the pipes under the sink and found a quarter sized whole in the drain pipe. So the water has been flowing into the wall and out the crack on the exterior of the building. How could he miss that?The crack is visible in his report pictures. Also the drywalls were removed in the kitchen. That should have made him sus
