I started working out with Cindy who trains clients at Rittenhouse Fitness part of The Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center. She is amazing every workout is fun and different so you never get bored. It's nice working out in their gym because it's private. No one else is there so you don't feel self conscious or worry how you look. I've gotten in great shape again and it feels really good. Highly recommend.
