a group of 10 visisted itchibans 01/21/11 the chef seemed ok until one of the people ordered steak and chicken combo the chef passed out all the chicken to the other people and when it was brought to his attention he proceded to take chicken pieces off of the other peoples plates and give to the person he forgot now keep in mind we all had fried rice we were all eating with our own forks and and mixing the yum yum sauce in it so when he flopped the chicken on it was then comtaminated with each indivuals germs i was just appauled this happened i thought he should have
