Get the facts..... The bad review sounds nothing like Bark and Beauty in Madison, Ohio. I am always 100% satisfied when I pick my dog up from being groomed. Perhaps the dog was extremely matted down. Please get the facts before listening to an unsatisfied customer.........There are always going to be those type of people that try and get small businesses to pay for their own neglect....This Groomer IS, and always has been excellent!
