I visited this salon on 2/16/11 because me and a girlfriend were taking a trip to Miami. Love Poling was my stylist. She also waxed my eyebrows. I left the shop happy. My hair was cute, and my eyebrows were waxed in a shape a liked, but the skin surrounding my eyebrows was red, which is typically normal. What was not normal was, the next day, that redness, turned into an abrasion. I had a big scar under my eye and I was pissed.
