I am not going into what is asked above, I feel it has no bearing on this issue. I also feel I have no need to prove my credibility. Here is the experience I had at Scheels in Saint Cloud. I went in to look at getting a new Trek road bike. I found the one I wanted so I was looking for someone to help me. I was standing next to the bike shop window and noticed 5 people were working this day. To make this short 3 of them walked out at different times and as each one came out I asked them if they could help me. All of them just looked at me and walked away. So I got the bike
