I hired Clark County Paving the summer of 2008 to completely remove and replace a 100 foot paved road and it is now in need of replacement once again. At the time of installation, I told them about the soft spots in the road and they disregarded my comments and assured me that their road would be just fine. It isn't. They would NOT stand behind their work. They would NOT give a written warranty, only an oral one.
