Review

I visited Blue Dog Cafe 3 times in the last few wks. The first time I was ok with the service knowing it just opened. The last two times the person behind the counter didn't know what they were doing or even how to make my drink which was extremely simple. I heard a dog barking in the back room?? I doubt that is allowed being Harford Cty. is very strict with Health codes...Also the straws are unwrapped and in my mind this isn't very sanitary for customers. Overall I may try it again but if not satisfied next time I won't go back. I feel they need someone behind the count
