Had a big job for these guys. Called and spoke to John for an estimate. Was set for a Monday at 09:30 PM. I left work early so I wouldn't leave him waiting. John Cusumano stood me up. I called him at 09:50 to find out if he was coming. I got his voicemail and left a message. He never called back and I never heard from him again. What an idiot!
