We made a service appointment 2 weeks ago to have the bearings repacked on our trailer. We dropped the trailer off the night before our scheduled appointment so that it was there first thing when they opened. It's now 2 1/2 days later (each day it was going to be done by close of business, except today. It was to be done first thing this morning), and it's not done yet. A simple repacking of bearings that should have taken less than 2 hours. They advised us that our trailer was taken apart, so there's no way we can retrieve it and take it somewhere els
