(Please note: I gave them one star because it is a required field. Otherwise, I would not have given Madden's a rating at all) To make an extremely long story short... the owner, Justin, has VERY poor demeanor and lacks any sort of professionalism. I never received a single call from him, he never called me back after he promised to follow up, and my car sat on his lot, untouched, for weeks on end!
