We hired KC Custom Builders to complete a basement remodel in our home in SF. First of all, I have to say that we are extremely pleased with Joe and the work he did for us. If I could give 10 stars I would. I screened many many contractors before I decided to go with Joe, and let me tell you - there are a lot of folks out there who claim they know a lot, but they don't. His bid was fair. Joe was ALWAYS on time - early even. Did what he said and said what he was gonna do. He was so reliable - something that in my experience is not always the case with contract
