I've found nothing worthy of recommendation for Fidelity. My medical supplies were often incorrect and late. They would repeatedly deliver supplies I didn't need and not deliver what I did need. The nurses were unreliable, always changing appointment times, and very poorly trained - improperly changing dressings and leaving me vulnerable to infection even when I showed them the manual from the manufacturer detailing how to do the procedure safely. Their customer service department is equally dismal, and when I complained about the lack of proper training and refus
