This firm provides terrible customer service. Attendants are rude and policies are not friendly. As a cash only business, they will not make change. If you leave to get change elsewhere you risk an increase in the storage fee. If you don't go get change you'll have to overpay with whatever cash you have to get your car back. This business will not allow you to inspect your vehicle or collect belongings (such as wallets with cash) from your vehicle before paying. The fees for an impounded vehicle are excessive: $50 for the tow, $25 for storage, and $75 for 'special equipment
