My son and his buddies booked a stretch Hummer for 6 couples headed for the Senior Prom. Everything was confirmed the week before. They collected money and eagerly anticipated their luxury ride. The car was supposed to show up by 5:00 PM. When they called to check at 4:55, they were told the limo was on the way. When they called again at 5:15, they were told there was no driver available and panic ensued as we scrambled to get them to their prom. How much more unprofessional can you get?
