The owner is a smooth talking salesman and fooled me into thinking he has a reliable company. After I paid my down payment for the retaining wall, I was promised a start date. When that date came and his crew never showed up, I had to contact him to find out what was going on. Two weeks after my agreed start date his crew showed up. In the meantime, I asked twice for a contract and never received it, and also was promised a ground elevation and never received that either.
