This firm was hired by us to modify a loan. We were misled regarding their services, prices and the status of our file. We were rarely updated with information, always had to call or email. They are helpful and quick to respond before they receive payment; once payment is received, they are slow and keep poor records as to the actions they are taking. They lead us to believe that they were doing one thing for us, however, they were doing something totally different than what was discussed and agreed upon. In one case, they outright lied.
