First the good part: they do have a good selection of books, are independently owned, and some of the staff there are very helpful. If you like sci-fi paperbacks, they have a lot of them. Now the bad news: Worst book buy-back policy I've ever experienced, and when simply deciding not to give away the books I intended to sell them, I got to hear their staff member loudly proclaim to his co-workers "that guy just wanted cash -- what does he think we are, a bank?" Unbelievable. You get 10% credit for your used book against the cost of a new one -
