Terrible. Service without a smile and they speak negitively about customers. I was finishing shipping goods and heard the store manager ELIZA, tell another associate she refused to help a customer walking in, she slumped and said "are you kidding me right now"... I was expecting a tyrant, but he walked in, smiled kindly, and in a soft spoken voice asked to ship his goods, and shortly after left.... whats the big deal ladies??? Sorry you have to do your job! Customer service is nonexistent. When I had a claim due to their not properly wrapping the
