On November 25,2010 I visited H&P as I frequently do. I played 50 dollars and when i got down to $1and change I got a spin that awarded $5 (twice) and $1.50 ((twice) at that point the computer blanked out prior to completing my award amount. This was appriximatelt 10 pm. It is now 1:24am and the problem has not been resolved. I asked did they have someone else who could assist me beside the district manager whom apparently did not feel it was important.
