I made an appt for Saturday (09-03-2011) at 08:00 am for my dog to be groomed. I waited for an hour and no one ever showed up or called to let me know they were going to be late. While I waited 5 other people came and left after I let them know I had been waiting since 8:00. I am so unhappy with this kind of service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR PROFESSIONAL!!!! I made an appt with Gabriel's pet care for that same day and they did a great job with my dog.
