We called for service for our furnace indicating a troubled relay. They came promptly changed the nozzle dusted the electronics and declared all done. The only problem was the relay was still bad, the nozzle had been replaced the month before and the furnace stopped working soon after their repair man left. They billed for service call, a new nozzle which it didn't need and dusting the electronics for a total of $188. We replaced the relay provided by Home Depot and the furnace now works fine. We asked for an adjustment on the invoice and they refused. We pai
