Worst customer service I've received in a long time! Completely unreal the standards they carry at this location. I've been using h & r block for seven years and never been as appalled as what I am now. They offered me a second look for the one year that I decided to step out and let a private company do my taxes and then kept my information for a year!! The manager assured me I was called, but wanting my social security number and all my private information back I think I would if known if she called. Especially since I called constantly myself!
