I am a longtime Verison customer. But, I am leaving for another wireless provider. The products from Verison are not good. But, their customer service is even WORSE. The customer reps are very unfriendly and don't provide much help to customers. The manager is even WORSE. When I visited this store, I got bad service. I saw a couple of other customers got similar treatment. They didn't like the store either. Verizon Wireless should close this store. They can only scare away current and future customers. I hope they can improve. But, probably too late for me...
