What an exceptional facility! Not only is their property secure and very well maintained, they act as if each customer is an old family friend. I had forgotten to make my payment and the officer manager, Glenda, called me a couple of days after my due date to give me a friendly, and I do mean very friendly, reminder. That's all! She wasn't hateful or rude, she was just letting me know that I was late in case I had forgotten about it, which I had. I haven't received service like that in a very long time! Most businesses would say "You're late!
