Review
Flexibity is key to outstanding customer service. This hotel charges for no show when you call 30 minutes after the cutoff of 6. It doesn't matter that they got the benefit of a large group booking. I will never book my group here again and will never recommend the hotel. Lots of other hotels ate available with a true sirit of hospitality in Conway.
