Referred by a friend. Went to the "J Wood Flooring Grand Opening Sale". ;-) Met Nate and Jose in the showroom, which looked great, and they welcomed me and my wife and were generally really nice and helped us decided on a product. They worked with color and designs we liked and got the info they needed about how the floor need to be installed. After getting a couple different products to give us a scale to choose from for our total costs, Jose followed us out to our house (right then, no waiting!) and measured the area and taught us how to check the measurements and explain
