Our Air Conditioner broke 2 1/2 weeks ago. Initially a call was put in to the maintenance department and they came out. They stated that they were unable to fix the apartment at the moment and brought a portable air-conditioned to the apartment the next day. This was on a Thurs. & the part would be ordered and come in on the following Tuesday. When Tuesday came they attempted to fix the problem but it was still broke. Over a 2 1/2 wk time frame they continued to try & fix the problem & we were very patient. When they thought they had fixed the problem they took the po
