The National Youth Advocate Program, formerly OYAP, is one of the best foster care agencies in the Dayton area. They are friendly, personable, easily accessible, and offer paid training, 24 hour support, and make you feel like part of a larger family! I would not go anywhere else and recommend that anyone interested in fostering children, to please call the Dayton office of NYAP at 937-253-0606.
