On July 9, 2011, which was a Saturday, brown water ran out of all of our faucets when we turned them to the warm or hot setting. We called three-way plumbing, and a little while later the technician arrived. Our heater is 17 yrs old and we expected that it needed replacement, and it did. Three-way was able to remove all of our old equipment and install all of the new equipment on the same day - so we did not have to go into Sunday without clean hot water.
