STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. These are the worst case of incompetent fly-by-night mafia-like organizations you can deal with. I contacted Video Tech Center based on LG referral. After several days delay, they came and took my washer dryer to fix in their workshop. They kept it for three weeks, claiming they did not know what was causing leak. They said they will replace the gasket although the gasket was not leaking, the leak was from the bottom. I did not approve replacement. After they replaced the gasket, they said that leak has not been fixe
