Called this guy up and told him my house had been hit by lightning and had 5 tv's that needed to be looked at and needed a report that included the problems found, repair, replacement costs for insurance claim. He said he had done this many times. He looked at two tv%u2019s that were found damaged or bad and the third tv found an electronic board with capacitors burnt. He said it could be fixed for $80. I asked him if that will fix it for sure. He said he didn't know, that it was impossible to tell. I told him that my insurance adjuster needed a final rep
