I would strongly suggest that when looking for appliances you look elsewhere. We have had a very poor experience with Vin's. They claimed that they submitted appliance rebates for us but we never received them (7 month later). We made many attempts to call them and received no return calls. Two trips into to the store to discuss the problem were not helpful. I can only assume by the defensive and sarcastic way I was spoken to that I am not the only person with this complaint. The logical conclusion is the Kitchen Aide did pay the rebates, mailed the checks to
