I have never felt more encouraged,strengthened and inspired then I do when working out at ABC Wellness and Fitness! The trainers and staff are beyond helpful with their knowledge and assistance. The facility is always clean and the equipent is nice, up to date` and taylored to meet my needs. The fitness camps are fonominal!! the kukuwa classes are fun and have really helped me to slim down and feel good about myself.
