i like the Gym overall. I love the classes. BUT the customer service is terrible. The girls in the front never speak, they always have attitudes, never smile, or Greet me. Ive spoken with a couple other members about this issue to see if maybe i was just being too "observant" but they told me the same thing. The front desk needs to be more aware of their attitude and their customers.
