My last repair was over a year ago with another local company. It was a nightmare that lasted over 3 weeks. After calling around, PC Repair Cedar Rapids offers free diagnostics, and said they try to avoid the wipe and reload fix most other shops try to sell, as I wanted to keep my Emails and pictures etc. intact. PC Repair Cedar Rapids is a small workshop behind a residence. I was skeptical, but the Diagnosis was free. The Owner did an excellent job, I had the computer back within 24 hours, and the price was just $60. Try them one time and see.
