Review
After having had enough of being overweight and dealing with the constant pain from various automobile accidents on top of being over weight, I decided to look into a form of exercise. I did not have much success with the traditional forms of exercise and decided to look into the martial arts. I figured that going to a martial arts class would be a way I could learn how to defend myself from attacks while loose the excess weight at the same time. I checked around to the different martial arts schools in Reno and Sparks, and found that Reno Krav Maga was the best fit for me.
