The store does not clearly state it's return/exchange policy. Customers are not made aware that the policy is "No refunds." After I bought something, I went back the same day to get a refund and they refused. The cashier pointed to my receipt that stated the policy of No refunds, but I pointed out that customers can't read that until after its purchased. Then the cashier pointed out a very small sign with small print that was on her side of the counter (she never pointed it out to me when I was paying).
